The Comprehensive Plan identifies goals, objectives and policies for the immediate and long-range protection, enhancement, and development of the community. The plan, developed in a series of public meetings, will form the framework for the town&#8217;s land use and subdivision regulations and is intended to guide the decisions of the Town board.
